REALTORS must have Heart when they are encouraging sellers to Downsize.
I listen to many stories and I realize Downsizing is not EASY. I truly understand and I am encouraged when I see clients at the end of this process! They seem free of worry about stuff and still have many memories in their hearts. I will never forget my years at Roosevelt or Mr. Hughes.
Two of MY Favorite Things…
During my first years of teaching, our custodian, also one of my therapists and/or counselors, Mr. Hughes made door signs for all of the faculty. I actually started my teaching career at Roosevelt Junior High on Studer Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. I am sure I learned as much from my students as my students learned from me during those first years. And I was known as:
After August 7 and right before school started my door did look a little different. Miss Schmitt became Mrs. Yanok.
