No matter where my buyer is moving from and/or how many properties the buyer has purchased or sold in the past, I find the need to go over this Process Model. I continue to teach! As a realtor, my biggest responsibility is to guide my clients to make an educated decision. Although I have 15 years of experience, I am never afraid to reveal that I may not know the answer to a question related to the ever-changing Real Estate Market. I surround myself with a network of ethical and knowledgeable professionals and continue to learn. I truly enjoy helping clients become critical thinkers after helping them gather information.
