REARRANGING FEVER

George has developed an Immunity over 45 yrs.

So I have a bad case of the REARRANGING Fever.  There are no immunizations for this disease but I do believe I caught my latest attack from my neighbor two days ago. She asked me to come over to view and to help hang a new mirror for her home. In the last 25 years of being neighbors we have completed many rearrangements and shopping trips.

The First Symptoms

The Rearranging Fever often starts a month or two after the holiday when my surroundings look so...o...sooo…    I enjoy the empty rooms for one month after the holidays but then I start noticing some really dull, empty, nondescript areas in our home.

It Happened this Morning

As I decided to do my YOGA Practice in my bedroom today, I had trouble meditating because I kept thinking of ways to rearrange and/or transition some “stuff” from other rooms and my lower level stash.  I certainly didn’t want to be dedicating my practice to the Rearranging Fever but that is exactly what I did.

And Then…Function Vs. aEsthetics

“It looks great but why doesn’t the TV work any more? “ I had just finished rearranging and hiding cords.  All is well.  Function is important too. You can only imagine the rest of the story.
