I meet with buyers and explain the process of purchasing a home in Ohio.  Remember I am a former teacher so I use a Process Model and explain the steps.  I share real stories which have always been most effective when teaching.   I point out the importance of SERVICE from your lender, realtor, home inspector and other professionals which is easy to test.  Do they answer their phone?

Let’s jump down to representing Buyers in Today’s Market.  Because we have such a low inventory of homes for sale, most often my buyers are competing with several buyers.  My buyers are extremely excited to purchase...so much they may often be willing to settle after experiencing several contracts that are not accepted by sellers.  I actually talk buyers out of buying properties that are poor investments. It is amazing what happens after spinning through the process several times, a better property always comes up. YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE FAITH. And the best is hearing a thank you for persuading them not to purchase before we found the ONE.
