Homes Are Where Jobs Go at Night

I just attended a meeting with an informative speaker that started the presentation with JOBS NEED HOMES at NIGHT.  He listed cities that had stopped growing with new industry and companies because of  a shortage of homes.  Many communities, cities, and states have a very small inventory of homes to purchase.  As in many local townships, builders are not able to purchase land to develop as local populations want to stop the building.  I appreciate wanting to keep open fields as I am from Southern Ohio where I still enjoy seeing farmlands and open spaces.

What is the Concern?

Roads, Police Protection, Schools, Healthcare, Community Resources…...need tax money to maintain and operate.  Costs, demands, and needs all go up each year.  Not sure how to keep everyone Happy and Safe.
