I Love PEOPLE that ENJOY Making ME LOOK GOOD!

Some sellers think that selecting a listing agent is the most important factor in selling a property.

I do agree a good agent is someone that is honest, experienced, answers their phone with not only good but not so good news, believes in providing service like moi … BUT PHOTOGRAPHS are essential to sell the house.   Many of my clients relocating to OHIO, send me a list of properties they have reviewed on the internet.  As they may only have a weekend to look, they prefer to see these properties first.  Excellent photos keep a listing in the top 5 properties to tour
And an added bonus from my favorite photographer is that he is also a professional stager.  He not only sees things through the camera’s eye but also sees design.  He notices every detail.  “Emma, please tuck that comforter under, did you notice that lampshade is flawed”, might be some of his comments.

Notice all of the black wrought iron furniture. LOVELY! These pieces have belonged to George and I for a very long time. I love the look! I just cleaned and repainted black for next season instead of next spring as I knew they would look great on this patio. I even treated myself to new cushions that were an end of the season bargain. My stager sent her truck to deliver completed project to a new listing. It seems going the extra mile always pays off. And guess what? I have one less project to complete in April or May. Love saving my clients $$$ and time. That pretty much describes my marketing plan.
