These are the qualities of a retired teacher that I just worked for during the sale of her home and the building of a new home.  HMMMMM  I came to a conclusion!  This is exactly what she had taught to her students for several years. 

When the LIGHT Bulb CAME ON!

A few years ago I was asked by an OSU faculty member to compare being a realtor to being a teacher.  I explained one of the biggest similarities is when a student understands a concept and a real estate client is extremely happy with a sale.  I can feel the same excitement.

At 10:30 PM, I received a text from my client with the photo below. “As I pulled away, I knew I had sold my home to the right people.“ The light bulb went on! I was so excited to feel her joy!
