I provide a professional stager to tour a property with the seller. The stager completes a detailed report which outlines what the seller needs to complete to transform their home to a product to sell for top dollar. There is a BIG difference. The stager is trained to create THE LOOK that will appeal to a variety of buyers. My stager lists item the seller may need to purchase but besides some items she will write, “Ask EMMA BEFORE YOU PURCHASE”. Not many sellers want to spend money to purchase new items when they will soon be moving. I have collected THE BASICS to lend out to clients.
WHITE is the BEST Neutral
White is the best color for bedding and bathroom towels, etc. They look CLEAN and FRESH! The white linens also pop in Photographs and those photos are the FIRST view most buyers see and/or make the decision if they want to personally tour your product. Sellers can just cover their bedding with borrowed white linens. EASY!
