When I started my ENCORE CAREER almost fifteen years ago, I remember one of my first transactions was with an extremely successful Realtor.  I had seen her name on many properties but did know what a pleasure she would be to work with to provide service for all.  We both worked very hard to make sure both of our clients were treated fairly.

As she knew I had been a TEACHER for many years in my first career, she wanted me to know that she had spent several years as a NURSE.  She let me know that she could see I feel being a REALTOR is more about the PEOPLE than the transaction.

In our first careers we had practiced: Helping, Nurturing, Providing Accurate Information, Providing Patience, Following Rules, Being Ethical, Researching for Answers, Understanding Life Cycle Stages, and the list could go on.  Selling and/or buying a property is often one of the largest financial decisions most people make, clients need more than a competent realtor but also someone that cares about the PEOPLE!
