Do You Really NEED a REALTOR?

Great Question I Once Asked

Several years back, George and I wanted to sell our house to build the home that we live in today.  Anyone can put up a For Sale Sign was our thinking.  We have so much traffic going by our house.  And all of our friends know that we are moving.  Our home is in perfect condition and decorated to our taste.  And of course the thinking was focused on how much $$$ we could save.

And the REST of this Story….

We had two homes with insurance costs, taxes, lawn and house maintenance and the list could go one. After 6 months, we decided we should interview a realtor.  This realtor is still in business today.  She converted our home to a product. She knew contractors to make some simple repairs, and most of all she guided us to the best seller to closing.

And in Today’s Market

No Realtor has a CRYSTAL Ball! But an experienced, ethical realtor is needed in today’s market. With multiple offers, so many lenders, home inspectors, and title companies, closing can be a challenge. As a realtor, I have not only my experience but also I surround myself with other knowledgeable professionals. As I educate and guide my clients to make informed decisions, I can quickly find answers to most questions if I don’t have the answer. Being able to admit that I don’t know it all, is a benefit to my clients.
