What is the most important factor to consider when purchasing or building a home?

RESALE...RESALE...RESALE

If something bothers you in your decision to purchase a property it will most likely bother most potential buyers in the future.  I only really enjoy selling properties that I know I can easily resell because most of the time, I am asked to list the home in the future.  And of course it is the right thing to do!

Is This YOUr FOREVER HOME?  It might Just Be!

Anything that will bother you, will most likely be a concern for a future buyer. Noise, traffic, cemetery, frat house, restaurant, no space to turn around in driveway, sirens from nearby hospital, lights from commercial area, airport, odors, unkempt neighborhood, shared driveways….the list could go on and on.

It is a Sellers’ Market BUT…Don’t Settle!

  1.  You need a HOME INSPECTION.

  2.  Please keep the appraisal clause in the contract.

  3.  Please check with reliable sources for correct selling prices of comparable properties.

  4.  Get a preapproval letter from a reliable source...not a guesstimate online

  5.  Get estimates from professionals before calculating how much repairs will cost?
