What are YOU missing the most during the Coronavirus PANDEMIC

I hear so many different answers from men and women of all ages, professions, and location.  Without a controlled population, I certainly cannot share any statistics.  I can share some situations that I had really not given much thought to.  I talked with a person that has been working on a grant for a new drug for several years.  The grant money helps pay for the lab, research, and other grant writers.  Just recently the grant money was taken away.  As the grant pays the salaries of several employees that are here on a student visa they may be sent home without finishing their work.

As I was walking in my neighborhood just a few days ago, there was a group of elementary school age boys that were just standing by their bicycles.  As they looked so bored, I asked if they missed school.  They were so cute!  They slowly looked at each other, and then one at a time said YES!

In talking with several of my friends, I was surprised to hear they were feeling symptoms of withdrawal from not being able to browse through T.J. Max, or Marshall’s Homestore which seems to be a common stress reliever.

My Family’s Top 12

George: Need to delay cataract surgery, cancelling cruise, eating in restaurants

Adrian: Going to the gym, restaurants & coffee shops, and being with a group of friends

Emily: New York City, browsing shops, alone time

Emma:  Seeing my grandchildren, visiting my 96 year old mother, hugging friends

Ask your Friends and Family

You may be surprised.  Everyone seems to have a different answer.  Another question might be what are you the most thankful for.  STAY SAFE and BE AWARE of OTHERS!
