Building a HOME in this MARKET?

YOU NEED A REALTOR to REPRESENT YOU!

I have built two homes of our own and represented numerous buyers when they started to build their dream home.  Why do you need a REALTOR ?  The salesperson represents the seller and you represent yourself without a realtor.  Builders do pay REALTORS but without representation you don’t save any $$$.  The builder and sales rep reap the funds.

   I TEACH with TRUE STORIES

I have helped Mr. and Mrs. Client sell 2 properties and buy 3 properties. As you know it is a seller’s and builder’s market. In a normal market, builders are very aware of their reputation with REALTORS that bring them business as well as their buyers. After my clients closed on their new house in January, we had a list of items to be completed after the walkthrough. The builder was paid and so was I. My buyers are still waiting on a driveway and sidewalks. They have 2 young children and a dog. They had to pick up nails in the drive, had a flat tire, and lots of mud tracked into the garage. Weather was a problem but now my clients see neighboring houses with completed driveways. I am aware there is a shortage of building materials and appliances but concrete is available. I am a very persistent, most often amiable driver. Just ask my husband and past clients. I take this very personally. I pride myself with service beyond the closing. Will I go back to this builder? Will my clients recommend this builder after their experience?
